This very much depends on the type of equipment used on the day. We have taken every step to ensure that, where relevant, our gear is waterproof. We will (with the exception of inflatables) operate in mild rains. However, should wind and rain jeopardise the safety of our participants and staff we will have to suspend operations until the weather improves.
You may lose the booking deposit you have made. We will, however, work with you to try and find alternative dates etc for you. For further information please refer to our weather policy in our T&Cs.

As a general rule, yes. However, this may also depend on which piece of equipment you choose to use etc.

No we’re not. We often travel out of Auckland, travelling as far as Kaitaia and Wellington. Do not hesitate to contact us to find out how we can best work with you.
