How do you make a wax hand?
Participants initially dip their hand or hands in cold water and then after a set number on wax dippings a mould if formed. After dipping in a colored wax of their choice the mould is carefully removed from the hand. The whole process takes only a few minutes of your time.

What types of events do you do?
Anywhere there are crowds of people (or you want to draw a crowd) looking for something fun to do! It’s totally up to you… any event where you want people to have a great time would be perfect! Events might include: Birthday Parties, School Events, Anniversary Parties, Community Events, Grand Openings, Corporate Parties, Church Events, - you name it, we can be there.
I’m dipping my hand in melted wax, how safe is that?
Its sounds dangerous (which makes it kind of exciting, doesn't it?) but it is perfectly safe… we wouldn't be doing it if it weren’t! We have a digitally controlled machine that is used all over the world and has been specifically designed for this purpose. The process, temperatures and wax are all very similar to therapeutic wax treatments for arthritic patients (the only difference is that the hand is never in the wax for more than a couple of seconds at a time)
Are there any age restrictions?
Children as young as three weeks old have had their hands waxed. The only problem when trying to do very young children is the fact that you have to keep your hand very still to make the mould. If you aren't sure your child is up for it, please feel free to test the “waters”. Bring them up and let them feel the wax or you can test it yourself. If they still want to go ahead with the adventure that’s great… if not, no harm done…
No real maximum age… I suppose if you are 110 and you make it out to the event, it’s the least we can do!
Wax Hand hire includes:
