The service prior to the launch party was great, with Gerard available to visit the venue on several occasions, sometimes at short notice, and he was totally flexible when plans changed! On the day the products provided were fantastic and the staff are great. It is a massive help during a large scale event to be able to leave these guys just to get on with the job and know that the kids will be having a great time. I just wanted to say thank you so much to you and your team for making our school gala a huge success!  The vertical bungy, the water walkers, the adrenalin maze and the dino lake were all huge hits with the kids and even at school this morning they were still talking about it!  You and your team were absolutely fantastic to deal with, you took the stress out of the process and made everything very easy - your communication was great, your staff true professionals who related to the kids so well and your assistance on the day with getting things running smoothly was all greatly appreciated.  We raised far more money out of these activities than we thought we would which has left lots of smiling faces!

Hi Gerard, Thank you for your kind words- yes it was a successful day- people had fun and we raised approx $104k – wow!!.

Thank you for your input – people felt the fair had gone up a notch this year and I feel your activities played a part in this.

 You were very professional in your dealings with us before, during and after the fair.

 Also you were very clear about what was required from us and what you would be providing. Your attention to safety matters was very reassuring.

 We also were able to raise a decent amount of money from your activities. Please book us in for the first Sunday in November 2011- I think that will be about the 6th- not sure if it’s a leap year. We will be in touch next year. All the best for the summer season.

Hi Gerard, I HAD A BALL.  Yes, I went on the bungy and loved it.  Would love to do it again when I’m really well.  I got tired very quickly and didn’t get back to have another go as I was soooo busy talking!  One kid said it was the best birthday party she had ever been to.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of both office staff and those at the event.  They were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs.  I have already told others how impressed I have been. Thank you very much Kind regards Shirley
