We require a non-refundable 25% booking/cancellation deposit for all bookings, payable by cheque or direct credit within 7 days of making your booking, to confirm and secure your event date.
In the event of bad weather, you are given the option to cancel your booking and, providing our equipment has not left our factory premises in Henderson, Auckland (normally within approximately 3-4 hours prior to your events commencement time), you will forfeit only the 25% booking/cancellation deposit.
If you have an allocated rain date within four weeks of the original booking, the booking deposit may be transferred to the new date, subject to equipment availability.
If you choose to cancel or postpone your event and our equipment has already left our factory premises in Henderson, the full rental price will apply. We strongly recommend that in inclement weather you keep us informed of your decisions.

All booking cancellations (other than weather related cancellations, as described in the above Weather Policy) made within four weeks of your event date are subject to forfeiture of the booking deposit. Booking deposits outside of this period may, at the discretion of Go Vertical Bungy, be transferred to a date in the future subject to equipment availability on the chosen date.

Safety is our primary concern. With this in mind, Go Vertical Bungy reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason that could jeopardize safety in any way. This includes unsuitable ground surfaces and heavy rain/storm-like conditions. However most events, depending on unit type booked, can still proceed in mild drizzle or stop/start showery conditions.
Auckland based events between Albany and the Bombay Hills are free of charge. Any event outside of this area may incur a delivery fee depending on the details of the event and the distance from our Auckland based factory premises – please fill out an enquiry form or call for details.
