Q: Are you reputable?

Go Vertical has been in the New Zealand children’s entertainment industry for over eight years.  During that time we have received solely positive feedback for our products and our service.  We typically do repeat business with the same companies and organisations year after year, all the while endeavouring to offer both new and old customers fresh new attractions on a regular basis.  Please visit the Testimonial section of our website for individual feedback received. 

 

Q: Why should I hire your services?

We strive to offer our customers the latest in high quality interactive attractions that make your event EXTRA SPECIAL. As opposed to "passive rides" we endeavour to offer attractions that require active participation, promote physical activity and are challenging for kids of all ages. With Go Vertical Bungy part of your next event you can now offer “WOW” factor entertainment while providing “active” attractions that promote physical activity to really get the kids moving. We are in constant contact with international manufacturers and suppliers of different types of entertainment attractions and we make regular trips overseas searching out what's "new" and "hot" from all around the world.

Our equipment is accompanied by exceptional customer service - with a smile.  We specialize in supplying events with a complete entertainment package (please ask about our volume discounts!) so you don’t have the hassle of organising different attractions through various entertainment providers.  Single attractions are available for small events.  We also work together with other reputable companies both local and outside of the Auckland region, enabling us to offer a wide range of entertainment for your event without the need for additional work (or cost) for you! Q: What about prices?

There are many variables, such as event location, duration, type and time, that influence pricing for each individual event.  Only once we have this information are we able to provide you with specific details on the entertainment option and costs involved. Q: In what areas do you operate?

We are an Auckland based company, however we cover the whole of New Zealand.  We venture on a regular basis to events in the Far North and down to the Wellington region.  We can also provide the unique Bungy Trampoline through our network of partners in the South Island.  Delivery fees may apply for events outside of the greater Auckland area. 

 

Q: How long before my event should I book?

We are booked up to a year ahead for many events and have regular repeat events each year.  The earlier you book, the higher the chance we are available on your preferred date.  However, we are happy to cater for your event at short-term notice when equipment is available.

 

Q: Who do you cater for?

We cater for School Galas, Promotions, Corporate Functions, A & P Shows, Field Days, Shopping Malls, Carnivals, Company Christmas Parties, Festivals, Birthday Parties and anywhere you want us, really!

 

Q: What size event can you do?

 

We have equipment for private birthday parties with ten kids or, at the other end of the scale, we can cater for thousands of children in a single event.

 

Q: How do you work?

Our equipment is available for outright hire, where you can offer it at your event free of charge to your customers, or you may choose to charge your own fee and collect the proceeds on the day. For some event types, including school galas and fund raisers, we are happy to work out a percentage deal where we come to your event, no money down, charge our participation fees, and at the end of the day you get a percentage of the takings. Q: Who are your Attractions suitable for?

Our Bungy Trampolines are suitable for persons weighing between 10 and 100 kilos. Participants can often be as young as eighteen months old and there is no real upper age limit for the young at heart. The Mobile Climbing Wall/Bungy Combo caters for 20 to 120 kilos weights while our different Inflatable Attractions cater to a broad age/weight range. The fast paced Mazes and Slides are suited to kids four years and older while the less "active" attractions are ideally suited to the under fours.

 

Q: What requirements do your attractions have?

We require a relatively flat and level ground surface for all our equipment; the area sizes vary depending on which unit you are interested in. Check out the product pages for specific space requirements. Most units also require a power or water supply within about 30 mtrs of the operating site. We can also supply our own generators if required.

 

Q: What exactly do we get when we hire you?

All of our events are provided with Letter of Agreement forms to give you peace of mind when planning your event.  You get not only first class equipment, but also our guarantee to be on time and to finish a whole event, provide trained and uniformed staff, comply with all council and OSH safety requirements and have a valid council permit if the specific units require one. Go Vertical Bungy also carries a comprehensive public liability insurance.

 

Q: If we want to book what do we have to do?

 

Fill out our contact form or give us a call. The more details you can provide, the more accurately we can understand your event and tailor a deal to suit your needs.  Better sooner than later as the chances will be higher that we still have availability on your required date.

 

Q: How does it work with payment?

We require a 25% booking fee to secure your booking in our calendar and the remaining amount is required in full on the day of your event.
